Obejectives

Hi, every body...

To day my training class is about Objectives. Those are the main things about..

Objectives: Check list / Expectations

  • Graduated discipline in the following criteria:
  1. Timeliness
  1. Leaves
  2. Issues
  3. Core standards of Behavior
  4. Updating the Manager of any difference in the regular functioning

  • Understanding of team PLA’s (Performance Level agreement)
  • Liaison with reporting manager to understand plan of action for the day.
  • Act as a point of contact for process related queries.
  • Cascade procedural updates in a simple and timely manner.
  • Responsible for handling work allocation during Manager’s absence.
  • Liaison with the reporting manager and ensure that team related reports are rolled out on time.
  • Arrange for structured team meetings at regular intervals.
  • Enthusiasm to take up extra responsibility. “Can do approach”.
  • Excellent process knowledge.
  • Good performance in terms of quality, productivity, core standards etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly & transfer knowledge appropriately.
  • Planning & Organizing skills.
  • Reasonably good communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Criteria’s to evaluate a Team member:

          Business Awareness: Understanding the products and / or services supplied by the department, and their relevance to customers and other parts of the organization.

          Communication: Listening to and speaking with others, ensuring mutual understanding.

          Customer Service: Understanding internal and external customer requirements, taking appropriate actions to build relationships based on trust and confidence.

          Planning & Organizing: Establishing an appropriate course of action for self and / or others to accomplish a specific goal.

          Teamwork: Working co-operatively and sensitively with others to achieve team goals.

Work Standards: Producing high standards of work to achieve productivity / quality targets for self and others.
